Christy M. Upchurch, organic chemist at HML, Inc., holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry with a minor in computer science from Ball State University.

Christy has been employed with HML, Inc. since October of 1997. Her experience includes organic extractions, high-pressure liquid chromatography, GC/ECD, GC/FID, and GC/MS.

Her responsibilities at HML, Inc. include testing for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons using GC/FID, Polychlorinated Biphenyls using GC/ECD, Volatile Organic Compounds using GC/MS, and Synthetic Organic Compounds using HPLC methods.

She is also a member of the American Chemical Society.
